Aloha Friends of the Maui Classical Music Festival,

We are thrilled to announce the dates for the Festival in May 2025 - our 43rd season.
Our musicians have been selected and the venues have been secured to bring you a truly
exceptional season.

Thank you for making our 2024 Festival a great success and for all your support over the years.
2025 will continue the tradition of this beloved institution on Maui.

Sadly, we regret to inform you that co-founding music director Yizhak Schotten died on
September 23, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Katherine Collier, who will continue her role as
music director for the 43rd season. She will be joined by new co-director Amir Eldan, cello
professor at the University of Michigan.

We proudly dedicate this 2025 Festival to the memory of Yizhak Schotten.
We look forward to seeing you here. Mark your calendar’s now!

Mahalo,
